Hasmukh Patel is a Partner of Noverra Active Equity Fund and brings more than 25 years of experience as a CEO, Board Member and Principal Investor to the Firm. His experience includes principal investments, Board and CEO roles in companies spanning: healthcare delivery, real-estate development, and retirement property operations.
Hamukh currently serves as CEO of Age Care Ltd, which he has operationally led from the construction of their first property in 1998 to one of Western Canada’s leading retirement housing company. Hasmumk has led Age Care through a rapid growth path which combined strategic development and acquisition taking the company from its first development property with 55 units; to a portfolio under management that includes over a thousand units.
Outside of his business pursuits, Hasmuk played a number of significant roles in the community including leadership and governance roles in the Medicine Hat Rotary Club, the Board of Governors for the Medicine hat College, and President of the Alberta Continuing Care Association.
Hasmuk is a medical doctor, educated in the United Kingdom. He has run medical practices both in the UK and in Canada.
