Mark Harrison is a Senior Advisor at Noverra and leads our capital infrastructure advisory work supporting governments, public agencies or proponents across the full spectrum of infrastructure procurement including: developing needs assessments, business cases, option analysis, risk assessments, procurement assessment and value for money assessments associated with infrastructure projects. In addition, he leads project work in our Corporate Finance area that leverages his deep analytical and risk management expertise.
Mark is a seasoned advisor with over ten years of consulting experience, advising government organizations and multi-national corporations in Canada, the US and Internationally on a variety of strategic issues and programs. His experience spans a broad set of industries including: Financial Services, Oil & Gas, Consumer Products, Engineering Services, and Government.
Mark has developed and delivered financial analysis & modeling education courses for corporate, government and education clients around the world. In addition Mark has lectured on topics in financial analysis at universities in North America and Europe.
Prior to joining Noverra, Mark held senior consultant roles at Partnerships BC and Capital Works Consulting Group, where he advised corporate and banking clients in Canada, the US and the United Kingdom on strategic issues and shareholder value creation.
Mark is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Project Management Professional (PMP). He also holds a Masters of Science in Finance from the University of Reading (UK), and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Bishops University.
