Steve Lux, CA, MBA
Steve Lux is a Partner of Noverra Consulting & Capital Partners. In addition to leading the investment review process for Noverra’s Active Equity Fund, Steve provides leadership for the Financial Advisory Services of the firm.
Steve has over 12 years of financial and strategic advisory experience having advised clients across Canada, the United States, and internationally on operational, business and financial strategy. His work has included CFO level roles for early stage and mid-sized companies as well as advisory work to senior executives in multi-billion dollar organizations. His experience spans a broad base of industries including: healthcare, insurance, financial services, government, technology and investment management, and includes a broad set of operational, financial and strategic responsibilities.
Prior to co-founding Noverra, Steve’s experience includes senior advisory roles at RPO Management Consultants and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Steve holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, where he was awarded the Roger N. Wolff Prize and the Andrew Alexander Kinghorn Award as Rotman’s top student in both years of the MBA program. In addition, Steve is a Chartered Accountant and has been recognized within the profession for his work to support the development of new technology enterprises. Steve holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta.
